Air Purification

Air Purification Systems ventilate contaminated air from odor sources and remove the contaminants, exhausting clean air back into the atmosphere. Purification systems involve an equipment component and a reactive solution or media. The equipment may include a fan or blower, air ducts or pipes, and a contact chamber where the solution or media mix with ventilated malodors. The reactive portion would be activated carbon in an absorber, wood chips in a biofilter, or an oxidizing or counteracting solution in a scrubber. Wet air scrubbers use chemicals such as caustic and chlorine mixed with water to remove contaminants. Dry scrubbers use impregnated media for removal.
