You give so much of yourself for us.
You provide us with food from your lush, fertile soil.
We drink from your crystal-clear bodies of water.
Your abundant forests filter the air we breathe.
Your natural resources ensure our survival.
Yet, we seldom take a moment to appreciate all that you do.
We must cherish and protect you. We must love you.
Most of all, as your children; we must nurture you in return.
For you are our mother above all others.
