Earth’s Month

It’s here! April is Earth Month, a time to appreciate our Earth for all the incredible things it does for us. Two events this month are Earth Day and Arbor Day. These occasions help us remember the importance of protecting and conserving our environment. There are many ways to participate and help honor this special month.

To celebrate this month, consider partaking in activities that the Old Farmer’s Almanac has suggested. Plant a tree, make your own organic fertilizer, add some native flowers to your garden, spend some time at the park, the list is endless! Wish your friends a happy earth day and enjoy the precious world we live in.

Summer, fall, winter, spring,
The seasons rotate as each brings
Its special beauty to this Earth of ours.
Winter’s snow and summer’s flowers;
Frozen rivers will flow come spring,
There is a renewal of everything.
